Summer Fun!

Now that summer is coming to an end, what better way to display all your fun moments than in some beautifully scrapped pages! Let me help you get started at my FREE "Summer Fun" 12 x 12 layout workshop this coming Wednesday, August 25th at 6:30pm. We will be exploring the magic of Close to my Hearts' white core cardstock. My Princess's Party Preparations

My little princess is going to be turning 4 at the end of the month. She wanted a princess themed party. She loves to play dress up and play with my purses so I took a design for one of the Originals card confidence programs and created this 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 tri fold purse invitation. After I made my template, I let the client, Madi, see it and she LOVED it! It is so rewarding knowing how much my kids love their homemade invitations.

Send a Smile in the Mail

My Children reminded me yesterday how much fun it is to receive mail. I got a "package" from the nice man in brown and my son wanted to know why he never gets packages. He wanted to know when he was going to start getting packages and mail too. Later in the day the children received an invitation to a birthday party and their faces lit up! This reminded me how much I enjoyed getting mail that is not a bill.

These to "Hello" cards are quick and easy to make and will brighten any friends day! So get out those supplies or even scraps and send a smile via snail mail today!
